“Back to school” is my favorite season. In fact, nothing makes me more excited than walking into a store and seeing all of the school supplies out. As a little girl, I would beg my mom to let me buy school supplies all summer. I would spend hours organizing my notebooks and pencil box, making sure that everything was ready for my first day. Well, flash forward twelve years, and not much has changed. I still look forward to getting new planners & pens just like when I was a little girl. I may or may not have wandered the back to school aisles of the city Target by my work last week…okay, yes I know I am weird.
This year, I am incorporating some new products that I am pretty excited to share with you. I’ve always been a huge fan of Five Star products. They are built to last and have fun and colorful designs. They have some really cool products this year that are going to help my organizational system of note taking in incredible ways!
Sturdy Notebooks
I’m always on the go and rarely study in the same place meaning my notebooks get a beating BUT I am so sick of my notebooks falling apart within weeks of starting school. I have to spend more money replacing them and it is a hassle. This year, I am excited to try these Five Star notebooks with thick durable covers. I won’t have to worry about replacing them all year!
Flex Hybrid Notebinder
Most of my classes have paper handouts that they give out in addition to our hand written notes. These handouts inevitably end up getting lost or destroyed in my bag. I’m excited to try out these Flex Hybrid Notebinders because they have space for note paper and hole-punched hand outs.
They also have these super cool inserts that you can use dry erase markers on! These will be the perfect place for To-Do lists and reminders.
Clip In Folders
These folders are awesome. I can also use these in the Flex binder from the section above. They are the perfect place to put things that I need to hole punch later or keep track of. These folders are so simple yet so innovative and I think they are really going to help me stay organized this semester!
Now that I am a senior in college, I am expected to have this whole college thing down (but, let’s be real…I’m just as nervous as I was as a first year!). But, this year my focus is on efficiency and making the best use of all of my time. I think these Five Star supplies are really going to help me nail that goal and take on tough assignments. Two weeks until I fly back to Wellesley College–I can’t wait!
