The holidays are a wonderful time of the year but they can also be incredibly busy and even stressful! Today, I am sharing with you my favorite ways to “treat myself” during the holiday season. Stay tuned until the end of the post for an awesome holiday giveaway!
1. Get a hot stone massage
These things ROCK (haha get it, I am punny). Between the cold weather and stress of finals, I always end December with a tense back and neck. Hot stone massages are an awesome way to relieve stress and pressure. They can be a bit pricey so I definitely recommend checking out if there is a massage school in your area. That is what I typically do and it is so much cheaper!
2. Take a bubble bath
Nothing makes me happier than a warm bubble bath! There are so many fun holiday scented bath bombs too which are awesome for winter baths. This is a great and inexpensive way to “treat yourself” this holiday season.
3. Read a new book for fun
After a semester of reading books for school, I love choosing a book to read for fun, especially if it is holiday related!
4. Buy new winter scented lotion and soap
This is one of my favorite things to do during the holiday season. Bath & Body Works has some awesome holiday scented soaps and lotions.
