Dear Sara,
Last time I wrote I told you about my drama in Prague and how studying abroad was more challenging that I anticipated. Today, I am writing you to share all the gratitude in my heart.
In honor of Thanksgiving this week and the 30 Day Gratitude Challenge I have been doing on Instagram (#30DaysWithEndlessMay) I want to write and tell you all the things studying abroad has made me grateful for.
First, I am grateful for friends, especially Lauren. Lauren has been such an incredible source of support for me this semester. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her.
Second, I am grateful for good wifi signals, as silly as that may sound. I miss my family, friends and boyfriend (who arrives in Amsterdam tomorrow!!!) so much. With a good wifi signal, I have been able to stay in touch. It is also helpful to have when I am lost and need direction in new cities.
Third, I am grateful for this opportunity to travel, explore, grow and change. I am so lucky to have this chance to study abroad and everyday, I am remind that these experiences are a gift that not many people get. I never take it for granted.
Lastly, I am grateful for this platform, Endless May, where I can share my stories, trials and moments with. I never thought, two years ago, when I started this blog that it would be what it is today but I am sure glad it is.
I hope your time in Seattle with Ken was incredible. I miss and love you and can’t wait to hear all about it!
Love & Liefs,
Shannon
