Final exams. The dreaded season for all college students everywhere. How many times have you been sitting at your desk dreading finals, unsure of how you are going to complete all of your work and feeling exhausted? That has been me more times than I can count. There have been a number of tricks that I have found throughout my time in college that help get me through the stressful season that is final exams. Time and time again I find that Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is my life saver through finals period.

However, sometimes, warm coffee just doesn’t do the trick. That is why I absolutely LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffee. Like all of their coffee drinks, it is freshly brewed every day and it is rich and smooth. Just recently they added two yummy flavors to their menu for a limited time: Butter Pecan and Coconut Creme Pie. These drinks are the perfect boost of energy and caffeine for your study day!

When you are studying for your final exams, also make sure to take plenty of breaks. Even a 5-minute break for every 30 minutes of studying can make a huge difference in how much you can learn and retain!

Don’t forget to keep your study space clutter free and organized! Hang some inspirational sayings on your wall above your desk and whenever you need a moral boost, glance at them.

Make sure that you are getting enough sleep and wearing clothes that are comfortable! This will make your studying much more enjoyable. I recommend at least seven hours per night to keep you well rested. Then, when you wake up, you can enjoy some iced coffee!

At the end of each of your study days, take time to do something relaxing. Doing yoga, going on a walk with friends or cooking can help you de-stress. Lastly, make sure you are keeping a positive attitude! Anything is possible if you set your mind to it and think positively. Good luck on all of your exams, papers and projects—you’ve got this!!
